Details:
When you use PSPPire (on openSUSE or Cygwin) and try to save a file with
"Save as.." the program doesn't use the file extension from the filter. When I
try to save a data file and the filter is *.SAV, if I type "myfile" as its
name, I would expect the saved file is "myfile.SAV" but instead it is
"myfile". Strange enough, within PSPPire it now knows the filename is
"myfile.sav" and if I use save, it is saved as "myfile.sav" leaving me with 2
occurences of the same file.
I would love if the filter information is always used. Like others as
Microsoft and also OpenOffice handle this.
