PSPP-BUG: Debian Bug#557633: pspp man page

Sergio Gelato notes that the pspp man page points to documentation
locations without the "share/" path component.  I suggest the patch
below.  The info part could be rewritten something like this:

   If  the  info  and  pspp  programs  are
   properly installed at your site, the command
   
                 info pspp
   
   should give you access to the complete manual.
