Details:

The MacOS 1.0.1 bundle shows strange behavior in the file open dialog

- When file filter Data and Syntax is chosen, the .sav files are not shown.
Only .sps
- When file filter "All" is selected, then all files are shown.
- When file filter "System files .sav and .zsav" is chosen, then no file is
shown.
- The dialog only shows "text" icons for the files and directories.

The problem is not visible in the 0.10.2 bundle. I guess this is related to
changed mime handling in glib / gio. Maybe the file filter is a different
problem.

Workaround: Choose file filter "Show all files"
