'as' failed to assemble pmovmskb

hi,

i'm working with as, version 2.9.5, on i386 gnu/linux. it fails to 
compile pmovmskb.

e.g.:

pmovmskb %mm3, %eax

compiles to pmovmskb %mm0, %ebx (the bug is src/dest are swapped in 
mod/rm byte)
