SYNOPSIS
       touch [OPTION]... FILE...

Access: Sat Jan 1 01:01:00 1972
Modify: Sat Jan 1 01:01:00 1972
times but the third
Change: Thu Mar 15 15:18:01 2001
is unmentioned. They should mention something about the third time,
