SYNOPSIS
touch [OPTION]... FILE...
DESCRIPTION
or : ../src/touch [-acm] MMDDhhmm[YY] FILE...
(obsolescent)
---------
that's a funny way to start a DESCRIPTION section of a man page.
By the way, 'obsolescent' items are mentioned on the man page but

The man and info only talk about changing two
Access: Sat Jan 1 01:01:00 1972
Modify: Sat Jan 1 01:01:00 1972
times but the third
Change: Thu Mar 15 15:18:01 2001
is unmentioned. They should mention something about the third time,
