bugs with objcopy on AIX4.3

Hi,

I built binutils-2.10.1 on AIX4.3. Two of the switches for objcopy -- 
"--localize-symbol" and "--weaken-symbol" -- don't work. These two switches 
don't modify the object files at all. Are these known bugs?
