translation to no_NO:

--no-hash               binary file will not include the hash table

--no-hash               binær vil ikke bli inkludert i hash-tabellen

should read

--no-hash               binær vil ikke inkludere hash-tabellen

the current translaten equals to the the english text:

    binary file will not be included in the hash table

which of cource is totally wrong.
