"USD:840:US dollar = 100 cents" appears 13 times in the currency file
-- that file doesn't seem to be sorted in any meaningful way.

AUD (the Australian dollar) appears to have two ISO currency codes
(036 and 038) and appears 7 times in the file.

"DKK:208:Danish krone = 100 øre" and "DKK:208:Krone = 100 øre" are
duplicate entries -- the latter also appears twice.

There's more, so I'm just going to give you the modified currency
file.  It's smaller than the diffs.
