Using ls -alSX and ls -alXS, it is obvious that one either gets a pure
-S or -X output. So, why not stop and tell the user -X is not
compatible with -S & visa versa, or, do what the user wants, e.g. I
was trying to get files ordered by extension and the within extension,
by size. Too bad ls is not enough for the job. [Yes, I can get the
answer by other tools.]
