It's even worse than that - it's gated to spamnet (formerly known as
usenet, which is also where most of the spam sent to the list originates),
so posting to bug-gnu-utils without obfuscating your sender address will
make sure you end up in roughly 100000 spammers' lists.
Preferrably add moderation for non-subscribers and usenet posts,
alternatively please at least add a spam filter.
