AVR BINUTILS

Wonder if you can help?

I have been using the avr patched bin utils 2.9.1 for a while now and things seemed to be fine until our binary image started to creep higher than about 60k bytes.

We have been using avr-objcopy to create an srec file and then we feed this into uisp to program our atmel avr mega 103 chip.  But since crossing this boundary uisp programs nearly all the image but stops toward the end and reports  'Bad S Record Format'.

I have updated the uisp AND binutils to the latest version (bin utils 2.9.5) but this problem still exists.

I wonder if there are any known bugs with srecords in bin utils?

I have attached a copy of our srec file and our .elf file from which we created the srec.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Gareth Williams.
