I found that in the tarball. The on-line manual of gettext on www.gnu.org
still points to 0.11.3. I run red hat 7.3 and it still has 0.11.1. I
will try out 0.11.5 now.

The manual also mentions autopoint. It is not 100% clear to me how it
fits in from the description, but I will try it out on a test project.
