typos in gettext manual

Hello,
        I've fixed a few typos in the gettext manual.
The patch (relative to the current sources.redhat.com CVS) is attached
to this mail.

BTW:  I found it quite annoying when I had to wait until the cvs client
dowloaded all the generated *.info and *.html files.  (Not speaking
about people which don't have 100Mb line as I do.) I'd vote for more
minimalistic approach to the CVS.  If someone wants to build gettext
from the CVS, they should be able to install texinfo first.
