What is the whole script?

Make sure that the /sbin/ifconfig eth0 is outputting what you expect,
for one thing.  Perhaps the output is in English, because your i18n
envvars aren't set from cron, and thus the /Adresse/ pattern does not
match.  At least, I'm guessing you're normally outputting in German,
because "Adresse" is not an English word and doesn't appear in my
ifconfig eth0 output.
