binutils test suite failures on ia64

I am building a cross-compiler. My build machine is a 4-way xeon running redhat 9.0 (kernel 2.4.20-8). My target machine is a itanium 64 running debian (kernel 2.4.20-cgl-1.9-mckinley-smp).

My tool versions are:

32 Bit build machine  (Redhat) - Redhat 9.0	64 Bit Target machine  (Debian)	Cross Compile Version (both 32 and 64 bit)
2.13.90.0.18	2.13.90.0.10-0	2.13.2
3.2.2	3.2.2-0	3.2.3
2.3.2	2.3.1-16	2.3.1

I am using dejagnu 1.4.3.

I get the following errors when running make check:

Anyone has any patches to fix these errors?

I am a greenhorn so please provide directions if you want more info.
