I had a problem building re.o under both FreeBSD 4.3 and windows.
I also had problems building the sample extension modules under windows.
The attached file contains patches against re.c and pc/gawkw32.def
which resolve both problems.
The readfile, arrayparm, and ordchr extensions all seem to work,
and versions I built against 3.1.3 also work.
