it's not the problem, I'm fine with it: it's definitly better than ed
format.

I think -n and -r should be exclusive, or at least documented to
stop people like me from moaning.

(I checked more throughly RCS files, and really see how it's used.
 The first time I checked, I forgot to remember that RCS, (as CVS or
 Subversion) store patch from the current version to the old revision,
 it's no more natural to me who use changeset oriented SCM lire GNU arch
;)
