Something I just found: msgfmt shouldn't check for infiniteness, but for
having at least two different members. Shouldn't it?
But having at least two members would be depending on the possible list
of input values, which is not available to msgfmt. It can of course
assume that the input may be from all the possible values and require
%0$d's to be there in case certain input values don't happen...
