gettext strings in WindowManager (fvwm2) configuration

Hello GNU Team,

I am using fvwm 2.5.12 as my WindowManager and I had to write
a BASH script which catch the gettext strings in my config.

It would be nice if gettext can support

        $[gt.XXXXXXXX]

where XXXXXXXX is a string to translate.

Hey, since I have found gettext for 2 years, I am using it
everywhere. hanks for coding such stuff.
