 The po-mode includes an "init with msgid" function, to copy the contents of
a msgid into the msgstr. It is invoked via the "line feed" key (in my
system, using xemacs21, on X-Window, it is C-j).

 When the msgstr already has some text, a question appears in the minibuffer
asking if the user wants to overwrite the already-existing msgstr.

 Unfortunately, that question has a typo. Currently, it is:

"Really loose previous translation?"

 It should be:

"Really lose previous translation?"
