Perhaps the README file that specifies bug-gnu-gettext could also
mention that it was an alias to bug-gnu-utils. It is always a balance
between something being tl;dr and not having enough information.

For what it is worth I agree. And I think in recent years the trend
has been to do just that. But there is still some legacy hanging
around here and there.
