Thanks, but I do not seem that "diff -q" searches files in subdirectories,
although it compares files on two directories.
$ mkdir a/topocad/ b/topocad/
$ echo foo > a/topocad/x
$ echo bar > b/topocad/x
$ LC_ALL=C diff -q a b
Common subdirectories: a/topocad and b/topocad
$ LC_ALL=C diff -qr a b
Files a/topocad/x and b/topocad/x differ
Former finds common directories, but does not search the file "x" in
subdirectories.
