Hey,

I am trying to create the output file with 1.5M. When I give below command its 
creating multiple smaller number of files


shar -l1605632 -o WC.sh <contents of directory>

Please suggest any help.

I am using  sharutils-4.13.3-8.el7.x86_64 on
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.2 (Maipo)
address@hidden:/apps/opt/weblogic/outgoing # uname -a
Linux coesandboxlin30 3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Oct 29 17:29:29 EDT 2015
