GNU Software is best built with GNU compilers! Get gcc now!

You will also need the gtk+-libraries a t Tor Lillqvist's site.
I use the gtk+-1.3.0-20020313 build in the distribution build.

(BTW: I don't think 'make' will work on a Win95 or Win98
system. You will need NT or 2000, I have not tried XP)
