This has been discussed before, but I think it's wrong according to the
philosophy. Each user has a gtkrc file which controls the themes of all GTK
based programs. If GNU Backgammon has a theme control of it's own. That
will be both annoying and confusing. Better to wish for a GNOME port to
windows.
