Yes, double quoted and folder names with spaces:
works under Windows

and Edit... Enter command
Help Set Path
shows how to do with other paths

and Settings... Advanced Options... click Set Paths...
shows the 'active' paths on your computer

I don't found "How to set paths to Import/Export Save/Load different kind of
files" in the FAQ
