I suppose the setup.exe has the download date, so the filename doesn't
really need the date as well.  And the setup.exe program stops and asks you
if you want to continue to install GNU BG for windows.

However there are lots of other setup.exe's out there and so it would be
nice, if it's no more work, to have  a "GBsetup.exe" or a similar identifier
so that our Backgammon program doesn't get inadvertently replaced with
setup.exe for something else.

...and "just say No" to sounds that would appear to come from a badly dubbed
kung-fu movie!

I've been thinking of this my self, but it will make some complications in
the update script. I guess I'll keep it this way.

There will be lots of old setup-date.exe at my site then, and I have to
manually remove them. Seems like a lot of work for a very small
improvement.

I think it should be kept ASYNC. I can't think of anything more annoying
that having to wait each fucking move for a fucking sound to be played!
