[Bug-gnubg] gnubg.org

[Achim Mueller]

gnubg.org is available now. We have webspace, ftp-access, lots of mail
accounts and possible mailinglists, and also access to a mysql database.

I need suggestions what and how we put stuff on a new webpage.

I also think it's time for a new release number (finally) and a logo.
