Bug: Player Record

Yes, I have the same problem.  I was able to add a player record one time.
My player database has 2 entries: myself and that one opponent.  All
subsequent attempts to  add to player records have failed, giving that same
error message.

I can't reproduce this under linux. Does anyone else have the same
problem?
