Hi all,
gnubg now uses the two sided cubeful equities in evaluations for bearoff
positions in money game only.
gnubg will skip higher plies since the equity is exact, so 2-ply will be
as fast as 0-ply.
I'm working on truncation of cubeful money game rollouts now.
