[Bug-gnubg] Algorhithm to calculate cubeful equity in MATCH bearoffs?

Hi,

Have you thought about how to calculate this?

I'm suggesting this algorithm:
1. Take the cubeful equities from the twosided money database.
2. Use these values and cet the money recube values for each player, x1 and
x2. Equation (7) and (8) in Janowski. Written with respect to x1 and x2 in
Appendix 7.
3. Multiply x1 and x2 by the score factor (0.0 for deadcube due to
matchscore and 1.0 for mandatory recube)
4. Based on this new adjusted recube values, calculate the new cubeful
equities.

Will this algorithm work? Why not?
