I've just tried on this windows computer, but I must say I'm a bit
disapionted. As soon as I try to start gnubg with LANG set to ja, the
computer starts working, but it does not stop either. When I'm looking at
the gmo file you mailed me, I can also see that it is very large compared
to the other gmo file on my system. I'm therefore suspecting there is
something wrong with the gmo file you mailed me. Does it work on your
machine?

(Is the gmo file system independent? I thought so, maybe I'm wrong?)

I'm forwarding the po file to the mailing list, so the other developers may
give it a shot as well, and maybe commit it to the CVS.

I'm also trying to open the po file in emacs for windows, but I can't work
out how to display the text multilingual? Anyone got a tip for a vi user?
