[Bug-gnubg] Win32 builds - make bear off dbs - make own builds : updated (021207)

Taking a break here.... after updating:

Builds:
I have added a Win32 build using the external gnubg_os0.bd.
These builds only are 450 KB 'big', the external file to be downloaded only
once (or generated by the user if he/she wants).
I think of only putting these builds on the site. If the 'complete' ones are
needed/wanted,
let me know?
Pre-designed boards 1.5 (with 10 boards) is downloadable.

Make own builds:
Changed the Makefile / config.gui to build a complete build.
Added make_br1 and config.nobr1 to make a build, using the external os0.bd
file

Make own bear off databases:
Added a batch file to generate the 'basic' os0.bd file.

If there are any comments about this (or blunders on these pages :-))
please let me know
