I 'hardcoded' iconv.dll, libgdbm-2.dll and added libint-1.dll.

I think taking the packages from the Win32 SourceFourge repository (please
correct me if I'm wrong), extract those and use the -l (-L) parameter in
Makefile will be the easiest. Takes the least effort and will keep up with
Dev-cpp or mingw/msys, or ...
One exception: libintl-1.dll, the 'special' version for GTK+ from Gnome. But
maybe extract/install that one to c:\windows ? (or {sysdir} )

Whatever, I'll try to keep up with the DLLs you are using/will use.
