[Bug-gnubg] Win32 build with MinGW/MSYS

I made a Win32 build with MinGW2 and MSYS1.08 (and GTK+2, not GTK+1.3?)

In MSYS:
autogen.sh
./configure

But Makefile must be adapted (-mms-bitfields and others), and configure.h
must be adapted (undef readline and guile).
Only ./ , /lib , and /xml compile.
But makebearoff, makeweights work fine.

Not yet " let's get the snapshot and do ./configure " ,
but this looks promissing.
