[Bug-gnubg] Win/loss scores

        I'd like to ask whether it would be possible to change the
display of the results in the hint/annotation window to actually say the
percentages. In other words, instead of reading 0.576 under the Win
column, it would say 57.6%
        Every single person I have shown this to, and most are Snowie
users, thus experienced, has required an explanation to understand this.
I myself am constantly converting it mentally to the percentile score
and am forced to ask why this should be necessary. The size of the
display wouldn't change (0.576 = 5 characters, as does 57.6%), and I
think it would make it considerable easier to read, no?
