It can be done at the moment.
(Yesterday, I showed GNU Backgammon at our club, and afterwards I was
thinking: "What can't be done with GNU Bg?")

It is a bit tricky however:
In the file .gnubgautorc, you will find lines starting with:
"set analysis movefilter"

Every movefilter you want, once set, do Settings / Save Settings.
Open the file .gnubgautorc, copy and paste the 'set analysis movefilter' to
a seperate file (whatever name, whatever extension, e.g.
CMoveFilterSnowie.txt).

While running GNUBg, you can load those MoveFilters with File / Open
Commands... (choose CMoveFilterSnowie.txt).

(yep, not a solution Win32 users are used too... but it does the job)
