In money game gnubg's equity is 27/36 * 1 - 9/36 * 1 = +0.500.
gnubg rolls a 52 which has equity +1, so the roll has a net luck of
+0.5. gnubg considers a roll lucky if it improves your equity within
+0.3 and +0.6, hence the roll is considered "lucky".
Some time ago we discussed alternative ways to calculate the luck
rating, but nothing was decided upon.
