Is it possible to get GnuBg to import Snowie text files with illegal moves?
I've just got a copy of my British Open Final, and embarrassingly, I made an
illegal move in the final game.
If I try to import it I get "This is not a valid Snowie .txt file".
If I import it as a .mat file, it works up until the illegal move.
I attach the match here.
The illegal move was in the final game, move 17
55 20/15 16/11 11/5
I suppose I meant to play 20/15 16/6, then forgot about the final 5. What a
shambles!
The text file records the position after the play, player 0 has -ve numbers and
player 1 has +ve numbers.
It's not immediately obvious where the bar or borne-off chequers are, though.
I hope you can help.
