I've currently got 3 builds:

If I place them all into the directory that has the latest build in it
will there be any problems for the older builds?

As long as the neural net's version is something with 0.13 all versions since January (if I'm wrong, please anybody correct me) should work with it. But the executable you start will always read the file gnubg.wd in the same directory. So if you want to have different nets you'll need separate installation. At least that's the easiest way.

Another way is to have all nets with different names in one folder and write a batch file that copies the one you want to "gnubg.wd". But this prohibits to run several versions of gnubg at once.
