Clicking on the chequer beside each players name already changes the turn.
I find this great for the purpose, especially when setting up positions.
So, should clicking on the new arrow do it too? I'm not sure.
Probably it's not necessary.
One thing GnuBg lacks is the ability to do a complete player swap from top
to bottom. I.e. name, position, match id, on roll, dice, all swap from
player 1 to player 0. Perhaps the new button could do this.

While I'm on the subject of user interface, I have a suggestion for edit
mode. Clicking on the dice roll area should both Set Turn and bring up the
dice roll dialogue box. At present, clicking on either dice roll area
brings up the dialogue and sets the dice for the current player on roll.
I think my way is more intuitive, and cuts out the need for a separate
step to set who is on roll. What do others think?
Yes, definitely. I've implemented it.
