Yes, I hate them too, and think they constitute a design error. At least
it should be possible to do as here and have 3 panes of information
visible at the same time: move live, analysis, and annotations. I'd like
to ask that it be possible to resize or even close the message window
between the move list, and the analysis. Now that this layout has been
developed, I'd like to ask for a small thing I've been dreaming about
doing to study: be able to enter text annotations WHILE I'm playing. I'm
absolutely convinced this would be a good teaching tool. For example,
I'd roll a 31, and being very undecided would write that why I chose one
move and not the other. Later, after the game had been analyzed by the
bot, I could review my notes and compare with the bot's results. If I
were working with a teacher, I could send them the file and they could
see what I was thinking at the time I played the moves. Finally it would
simply serve as a record of my thoughts so I could keep and review at a
later time to see how my thinking has evolved (or not).
