Actually, the problem is one of the mailing list. The posts and replies
are coming in every which order. I'm seeing posts I sent come hours
later than a post it preceded. In fact, you replied to your own reply my
friend. :-) As far as I can tell the "works fine for me" was actually
written by you.

Anyhow, here is the CSS you requested with the bold italics set for the
moveheader. AFAIK.
