Thanks for this feedback. I was really in doubt how to place
them. Pressing the resign button will open a new window to
choose flavour of resign, and a cancel button. So pressing
Resign isn't immediatly destructive.

The decline button is only active when a double or resign have
been offered, so I don't think it's such a danger to put it
close to the Accept or beaver button.

I' suggesting these order of the icons:
New
Open
Import
Save
Export
(space)
Accept
Decline
Beaver
Resign
(space)
Hint
Undo
(space)
Edit
Direction
(space)
Stop

Hide/show panel will be removed.

How does this look?
