[Bug-gnubg] Player Record refinement

One of my friends has run into a problem that only a power user would
find: he'd like it to be possible to jump to a starting letter in the
player records by typing a letter. His file contains between 100-150
players and everytime he wants to take a look, he has to scroll up and
down a lot. This is a natural ease-of-use option and seems quite
reasonable.
