[Bug-gnubg] Language and gnubg for windows

I uploaded the languages (GE, IT, JA) to:

http://users.skynet.be/bk228456/GNUBgW.htm#Language

The 'download' includes a batch file, making it possible to run gnubg with
any (available) language on any Win32 system.

I have WinME, but it should run on 95,98,98SE,NT4, 2000 and XP.

Can someone check it out?
