There are no 3D board builds on my site.

The language package (German, Italian, Japanese) is available for
Win32 Users. It seems to function for all WinOS versions.
Although not as spectacular as the 3D Board, I considered it more
important.

Windows users download Øystein's Installation Archive. When they
download the most recent build from my site, I try to make it as easy
as possible for them.

3D Board builds will be available soon.
