[Bug-gnubg] Setting doubtful threshold to zero marks all moves as errors

Setting the doubtful threshold to zero marks all moves as errors instead of only marking them if they're not best.
I also tried setting it to 0.0001 both in the settings analysis box and directly to gnbgautorc file but neither worked.
