I'm on my way out, so will only be able to answer later now. Just as a
comment: that's why I only asked for scores of 5-point matches from
5-away 5-away to DMP. It cover the most common scores played that bring
real differences such as 2-away 4-away, DMP, 2-away 3-away, etc. More
than that *would* be too specialized IMO as well.
