[Bug-gnubg] Help build French package for GNU

Just got back from vacation today and I was stunned with all that GNU new 
functionalities. Guess developers have more 'free' time in summer  :-)) ...

... and for this very same reason, I can in return make the following 
special offer, only valid for 2/3 weeks though :-)) , after that work will 
gain priority again : if any help is needed to do/fine-tune/sanity-check the 
French package for GNU, just let me know. An early true admirer of GNU, I'd 
be most happy to contribute in this way to this finest piece of freeware, as 
I don't have any programming skills. Plus they usually say my English, 
though far from perfect, is better than average in France (not hard...), 
which might help for translation.
